Beach walks and Baby talks

So after another long break from writing any sort of input on my blog here we are back again, apologising for the absence.

Everything recently seems to have been been pretty non-stop.

When you become a parent, life really does speed up, taking you down lots of
roads that you have never driven before with twists and turns and sometimes feels like there is a lack of a brake pedal.

Currently, my getaway, when things seem to be speeding up and not particularly slowing down, is venturing down for a walk along the beach. The sound of waves crashing and pebbles crunching really are therapeutic. Hearing the conversations of other people is also soothing and reassuring as it carries in the sea breeze. I also really find that the sea air is good for clearing a stuffy mummy head.

Sometimes we all need a little breather and the coast is mine. What's yours?
